What we collect
When you use our contact form or request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number and the details you share about your project. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a tailored quote, coordinate a site visit, and — if you subscribed — send occasional updates. The legal bases are your consent and the performance of a pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our email provider and, where necessary to prepare a quote, with our architect or engineering partners bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to three years unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection at any time by writing to grand-urban@grand-urbanes.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
